This project was started by the Pennsylvania Society for Ornithology.  Dick Byers on boarded the club in 1994.  Ever since the club and non-club members have completed a bird count of the county every year since.  You know the area that they love and know inside and out and where the birds hang out.  This is your opportunity to contribute to the citizen science of the birding world.  Please email Steve so I can start to assign territories.  For instance, Rebecca and I usually do Derry township including Latrobe Reservoir and the ridge between Derry and Latrobe Reservoir.  Reserve your Patch today :)
