Description: This 450-acre conservation area is owned by the Allegheny Land Trust and is the largest protected tract in Allegheny County. Our spring walk on the GAP trail and side trails should have plenty of spring ephemeral wildflowers and some of the 111 bird species that have been observed on the property. The hike is low grade on the bike trail and well-used side trails surrounded by moist woodlands and steep-sloped ravines. There are no facilities at any ALT properties
